Est 1984

Puddingburn was established with a vision of providing excellent professional publishing services, with a client-focused and personalised approach.  In 1984, Claudia Findlay took an early retirement from her management position at LawBook Co. and founded Puddingburn Publishing Services as a proprietary limited company.  Since 1986, Phillipa Findlay, her daughter, has been the Managing Director and pursues this vision to this day. 

From humble beginnings as a family business working out of a home office, we have evolved into a team of ‘Puddings’. We attribute our success to our commitment to excellence and the quality and speed of our work, meeting our clients’ deadlines. Our team is small and friendly, with the belief that every job is important in meeting and surpassing our clients’ expectations. We continue to push the boundaries of what can be achieved, pursuing excellence in service and expanding our client base overseas to Malaysia, Hong Kong and New Zealand. 

We offer a range of high quality services for the publishing industry that includes Editing, Indexing, Desktop Publishing, Proofreading and Project Management.  With 35 years’ experience, we have accumulated a wealth of know-how and our outstanding team with wide expertise will bring you the best standard of work in the industry.
